Additionally, the app features noteworthy time-lapse videos documenting the Mercury Transit that took place on May 9th, alongside the Venus transit of 2006, showcasing significant astronomical events.
This initiative is part of the CESAR programme (Cooperation through Education in Science and Astronomy Research), a collaborative educational and scientific effort established by the European Space Agency (ESA), the Spanish National Institute for Aerospace Technology (INTA), and ISDEFE.
